This is a gorgeous 1980s party dress in navy blue velvet, red flowers, and green leaves, outlined in shiny metallic gold. Flattering sweetheart neckline with criss-cross straps in back. Fitted bodice leads to a full circle skirt, skater style. The skirt is lined with a crinoline for added fullness. The colors are very rich and they change in different lighting. The navy blue can look lighter and you see that there is some burnout flowers and leaves in the background. The whole dress is lined in black acetate. The bust is boned in the front, to the waist. Zipper down the center back. A wonderful holiday party dress! Size 5. Made by Rampage. Excellent condition.
