Vintage Jumpsuit / Romper with epaulettes, back flap, and military styling. Low cut front, shoulder pads, unlined. Long rise in shorts, should fit loose (almost like a skirt) see pics. Front pockets are decorative (flaps only) shorts have pockets at side seams. Color is dark Navy blue with white polka dots. (looks almost black in person)

CONDITION: Good vintage condition. No stains/marks or repairs found. Elastic at waist is stretched out (no longer stretchy) fine to wear like this, or with a belt.

SIZE: Vintage size 12, fits much smaller. like a S - M in my opinion - see measurements to determine fit
