An absolutely stunning 1980s formal gown. Super fine midnight blue tulle adorned with lovely silvery sequins of different sizes - it almost looks like a midnight sky! The bodice is not boned, though it is still well structured. Lovely sheer puffed sleeves, can be worn up or down. Metal zipper up the back. With two snap closures on the tulle to ensure the zipper is not seen on the bum. Tag says from the “Victoria Royal Ltd. Made in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong”. While Tag says Size 4, this is a vintage size 4 and fit ore like a modern Size 2. Model is modern size 4/6 and could not zip up all the way.

Good Vintage Condition- There is one small hole found in the tulle near the zipper as well as some minor unstitching in the same area (pictured). The elastic on the sleeves is shot and does not stretch anymore, however the strand has been pulled taught so as to prevent it from falling when worn, though I think it looks rather lovely and a bit more modern when worn off the shoulders. It may be possible to replace the elastic entirely.
