It looks to be inspired by Gustav Klimt with its geometric multicolor shapes and flecks of gold throughout. The shoulders have severe structure really emphasizing the silhouette. The back is velcro to secure the top and a zipper down the back of the rear. There are no composition, size, or brand tags. 

Measurements

There is stretch to the fabric as well. It would best fit a curvy Medium or Large. Bust is difficult to measure laying flat. It has a bit of a wrap/dolman sleeve. I think it would fit best up to 38"  Waist 28"Hips 38"Shoulders 16. 5"Length 37"
