Chenille has literally never been this chic. The fabric is named for the French word for caterpillar, and rightfully so, because it's literally the softest thing on earth! This jacket is by Giorgio Armani from the 1980s. It's black with metallic flecks. The pronounced shoulder pads make it super flattering to the waist while still feeling modern. Features hidden buttons 3/4 of the way down front, with a nipped waist that flares out over the hips. The fabric has a good deal of stretch to it. Made in Italy, soft rayon/nylon blend.
