80s skirt and jacket set by MERIDIAN. Circa 1980s. Made in the USA.

The boxy, slightly cropped jacket has crew neckline, invisible placket buttons, and long sleeves with shoulder pads and button-slit hems. The below-the-knee skirt has knife pleats and a non-stretch waistband with side zipper. Both unlined.

Medium weight, slightly textured, raw-silk-like fabric in a muted golden yellow and white polka dot print. 100% rayon is dry clean only.

Excellent vintage condition with little sign of wear. No rips, holes, snags or stains. Smoke-free home.

Jacket: One side pit to pit chest is 19." Same at the hem. 19. 5" long from back of neck. 23" sleeve from neckline. 17" across shoulders.
Skirt: 13" waist and 25" hip. 33. 5" long.
