1980's NOS Lipstick Red Rocker Prom Dress

New Old Stock Lipstick red off the shoulder dress features stylized flower on the front of each strap. A plunging v-neckline to a fitted bodice that boning. A full pleated skirt that hits just above the knee, there are 2 layers of crinoline under the skirt.
