This gorgeous well made circle skirt is beautiful! The fabric is a light weight cotton. The color is a pale denim blue color. The skirt is very full and very romantic. It was made in British Hong Kong in the 1980s. The brand is Cesarani.

100% cotton. Women's small. size 8. There is one small pull in the waist band and you can see it pictured. It is very small. It closes with a button and a skirt hook.
