Vintage Laura Ashley dresses are so highly collectible, I can barely keep them in stock, and I'm sure this dress will be no exception. Made in Great Britain in the 1980s, this dress is pure, unadulterated eighties maximalism, and it's so much fun. The luxurious black velvet bodice features a drop-waist, with a fully-boned interior corset that's super flattering. The full skirt is made of gorgeous plum taffeta, and the best part is the oversized bow a the back! This element is actually fully removable, attaching with hidden buttons— so you could wear the dress with and without the bow. Closes in the back with a hidden zipper, and comes with a spare button.

Measurements: This will actually fit a range of sizes, depending on how fitted you would like it. It's shown here on a US size 2/4 and will have more of a "corseted" look on a size Medium.
Note: Account for the fact that the corset bodice will "suck" you in a few inches, if you'd like it to be very fitted.
