The pencil skirt is embellished with appliques, sequins, beads and rhinestones (A.K.A: "bedazzled" and/or "blinged"). Two buttons in back, where it's elasticized, and short nylon zipper. Back vent too. The Jacket / top echoes the embellishments on the skirt, Puffy sleeves, "sort of" double breasted. Over-the-top? You bet!
