Navy 1940's inspired dress with a bold floral in pink, white and purple with bright green leaves. Deep V surplice neckline. Pleating at the shoulders and down the front of the bodice. Padded shoulders with removable velcro pads. Half sleeves that hit the elbows. This dress has a wonderful waist treatment with horizontal stitching across the wide waist band. Faux wrap skirt with a hip swag on the right front waist. Talon size zipper.
