1980's Gray Dress Suit, Black Velvet Accent

Gray dress suit with black velvet collar, cuffs and top hem. There is also a black bow detail on the front left hips. Built in shoulder pads. The top lays like a tunic top over a fitted skirt, however this is all a one piece dress with long sleeves.
