This top by Caribou is in very good condition, though perhaps the elastic at the waistband has relaxed a bit. Could be made tighter by running a new band of elastic along the inside.

Made if a metallic thread, almost looks like tinsel. Not itchy, may be slightly sheer.

Shown here on a small and will best fit large or XL, still with a slightly oversized fit. Is cut boxy.
