CONDITION: Very good pre-owned vintage condition with some cosmetic flaws. The outer mesh and inner layer have some small snags. I re-stitched part of the waist and a bit of lace at neck. I reinforced one of the larger snags on the under-skirt (the repair is hidden under the lace of the upper layer.) I used ribbon to make a replacement sash tie. No holes or stains. The rosebud bow at the neck is attached with a safety pin. The lace and mesh may feel a little scratchy to a kiddo with very sensitive skin. Washed.
