Vintage 1980's Fuschia Pink Over skirt with black velvet waistband. The velcro closure is on the side of the garment. One layer of white tulle underneath and it is tacked to the sides. No labels or tags. Can be worn with the opening to the front (as seen in the photos) or the back.

Wear over leggings, a little black dress, denim, shorts and more. Shown on the dress form with a bodysuit. The look is really referencing S/S 1991 Chanel for me.
