Vintage 1980s blouse. Bright fuchsia, hot pink, berry color. Super soft silky polyester. Button closure on one shoulder. Lots of shirring on the shoulders giving it a nice blouson look. Long puffy sleeves with button cuffs. High neckline and a neck tie that ties on one side.
