This cute late 80s early 90s dress is darling! The fabric is a beautiful white fabric with a bright floral design. The fabric is a soft cotton. The waist is a basque design with a tie in the back. The neckline is almost off shoulder, but not quite. The collar is almost like a cape, but a light pad. The sleeves are short. The dress is in great condition. I've laundered it and it is fresh and ready to wear.

The dress is very cute. Perfect for a stroll in spring, a picnic, a summer wedding, or a summer dance.

The size is small. Tag says 7.
