Pullover with shirred/smocked waist, blousy fit surplice top with dramatic pleated ruffle collar, pleated skirt, 3/4 length puff sleeves, thick shoulder pads (can be removed), unlined semi-opaque georgette fabric; comes with matching scarf (8" x 92"). Elastic is worn out in sleeve cuffs, mild fraying on scarf associated with normal use. Runs large, would best fit a modern L/Xl depending on fit preference.
