Made in Taiwan. 100% polyester. Soft to touch, similar to tshirt material but without so much stretch. Dark burgundy red background with over sized blue floral pattern. Long sleeves. Buttons to waist. Smocked waist. Midi length dress. Good condition, elastic at waist is deteriorated.
