1980s 100% cotton bright floral dress. I believe this can also be worn on the shoulder because the sleeve panels are expandable. There's a pretty rosette at the center bodice. The back bodice is shirred elastic and the front bodice seams have soft boning to keep the shape. Basque waist and full gathered skirt. Zips up the back.

Length: about 50" from the natural waist / the bodice is 10" from the top of the side seam (under arm) to the side waist seam.
