80s Floral Bubble Hem Dress Mock Neck Halter Yellow .

Union Made in USA. 100% Cotton. Pale yellow with pink and blue floral print. Sleeveless. High mock neck with 3 buttons at back of neck. Open back. Smocking and zipper at back. Knee length. Double layered bubble hem. Super fun garden party dress. Excellent condition structurally however there is a good deal of fading - most is at the hem on the lowest tier of the skirt so you dont see it unless you flip the skirt up. There is also minor fading at the left side of the bodice and at the neck. Hard to see unless in bright lighting and really looking for it.
