UK MEN'S 8 and should convert to USA MEN'S 8. 5 but measurements states these are closer to a men's US 10. It is important PLEASE USE MEASUREMENTS. A men's UK 8 would also be a women's approximate 9. 5 to 10. There is a difference between the sole measurement's and the upper due to the wide stitch look. So it is very important to use the measurements

The sole is really wide also for comfort but also extends past the actual shoe all around so I would be safe and take aproximately 3/4" to 1" off full sole measurements ( 10. 25 to 10. 5 instead of 11. 5 back to toe).
