Made from a lightweight silk jacquard, it features a very 80's-like print of 'polka squares' (instead of polka dots) in magenta pink, on black ground, and the alternating jacquard weave features small dots in the ground. The bodice of this dress has full length dolman style sleeves and self-covered button closures at keyhole front & back necklines. The cut of the bodice is somewhat blouson-like with a structured waist panel leading into a slinky skirt with modest front side slit. This side slit/seam is adorned with self-fabric flounce, topped by a bow at the top. The back of dress has a nylon zipper closure at skirt, as well as a hook & eye additional closure at bodice. Lined with a lightweight black acetate fabric, but without pockets. The shoulder pads have been removed but I will gladly send them with the dress (and am happy to sew them back in, free of charge upon request with purchase). Overall condition is excellent, like new, with one tiny pull in the back skirt fabric weave. Please see photographs for details. The label reads 'Silk Studio, 100% Silk, 100% acetate lining, Professionally Dry Clean (I hand-washed using silk method), made in Hong Kong, size 10'.
