Shimmy shimmy in this adorable 1980’s does 20’s dress. Made from deep black eyelash fabric with fringe trim accents at shoulders and bottom hem. Lovely drop banded waist made from stretch sequin trim. Scoop neckline, and a small side slit. Lined in black nylon, and has pads in each shoulder. Excellent vintage condition. No tags present.
