Vintage 1980s ditsy floral long sleeve blouse. Red, pink, black and green colors. Pleated v-neckline with a seam at the waist that has 2 buttons. There are no other buttons - it's made to be tucked in. Puffy sleeves with shoulder pads (easily removed and are loose). Boxy fit. Lightweight silky polyester material.
