Vintage 1980s silky poly dress with statement ruffle bodice. Surplice neckline and 3/4 length balloon sleeves with elastic at the ends. Structured shoulder pads. Wide elastic waistband and accordion pleat skirt. Pulls on over your head. Dress is a tiny bit sheer although the pattern is so bold it's not particularly see-through.
