Wonderful early1980’s sun dress by New Raves perfect for the coming spring and summer. Tags still attached. Bodice is made from off white paper thin textured cotton, the skirt is navy blue and white small gingham in a poly/cotton blend. Sheer blouson elastic top bodice with shoulder straps that criss cross in the back. Elastic waist with a thin red tie belt. Nice full skirt hits right at the knee. Excellent condition with tags. Marked a size 13
