1990s Deadstock Tiara International Sweater. Shoulder pads. Intricate floral embroidery. Small clusters of black beads on the front and sleeves. Although this item is new with tags, you can see that there are faded areas throughout (visible in all of the photos). The sweater has been priced accordingly. It is hand-washable. Please note that this sweater is marked as a Petite Small, but that based on the below approximate flat lay measurements, it appears that it would best fit an XL in regular sizes or a 1X in Plus Sizes. Please compare the measurements to a sweater that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
