Pretty 1980s cottage core Floral dress in pastel colors. Made by Pellini by Von Bramlett in USA. Material is 100% Polyester. Machine wash. Tag says size 11/12 but it would fit best a smaller size. Includes matching belt. Waistline has elastic going around it.
