Handmade Green Mint Corset Bust Puff Sleeve Medieval Fantasy Costume Dress

I am unsure of the exact date of this dress' manufacturing but I believe it may be from 80s-90s. I believe it is a handmade, high quality theatre or costume dress. The fabric is heavy and it is put together nicely. There is one or two loops missing on the back right side for the corset lacing and new loops would need to be sewn in. A few small scuffs/spots on the skirt. The corset lacing can be tightened or loosened so the measurements are a bit flexible. I'd guess the piece is best fit for a medium or large.

There are no size tags so please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched.
