This eye catching shimmery smooth top looks so great on. I am not sure of the material as that tag is faded. No longer a size showing however it seems to fit like an 8/10. It does stretch. I am guessing it is some type of polyester blend. There are buttons on the cuffs like on a blouse. However, the waist is elastic and there is a single button closure at the back of the neck. So cute! It is in very nice condition with the only issue I see being one line of thread missing in the waistband. It does not affect it and can be worn without even noticing this. I knotted the spot so no more thread would come out.

Measurements while shirt is laying flat:
Across Bust underarm to underarm - 23" stretches to about 27"
Across Waist - 16" stretches to about 27"
Length 24"
