Anyone familiar with Janine in the 80s will recognize this dress right away as one of hers. You can spot it across the room,

Shades of rose gold add a sequined effect, and fabric texture allows for a little stretch and give.
Slinky ankle-column silhouette hugs the curves.

Bodice is cut with dolman sleeves that taper to just below the elbow. Back is open with a velcro closure mid-back and a hanging accent.

Shoulder pads still here.

Attached ruched yoke in front accentuate the dropped waist.

Low slung back with Back zipper.
