It is NOT ugly, especially when you learn about the process. This one in particular has a soft Cottagecore look. Like patchwork. Ornate and detailed? In spades! A bit preppy and even more Cottagecore, the detail should make us wonder about the process here. So see below**

Handknit with gold beads and satin bows and tiny pompoms or balls. Lots of dimension. Zips up front with metal zipper. No shoulder pads. Dated on the label!. It is used of course, but there are no stains or flaws. Stated size is petite but check the measurements! It measures more like a medium. When you do, keep in mind that this has dropped shoulders, making the shoulder measurement wide and the sleeves seem short.

**Tiara sweaters are hand-knit in China, but in pieces! A designer from Maine (who doesn't knit) makes up the patterns and thousands of women in china knit them in pieces. In one remote village, women are knitting the fronts, in another village, the backs, in another the sleeves. Men on bicycles and in ramshackle trucks pick them up and take them to factory where they are further embroidered and embellished and then sewn together.
