1980's hand knit toddlers wool sweater. Honestly this is one of the sweetest garments I have ever held in my hands. The maker of this piece was an award-winning knitter and her talent is shown in this sweater. Ivory soft wool knit into an 1930's Tyrolean- Style Sweater. This must have been made with a pattern, its just so good! White "popcorn" knit bobbles front, back and along the sleeves. Blue, orange and green knit flowers. Green and orange knit trim down the front. Peplum waist that ties with a little string. Gold plastic buttons have been added, the original buttons were damaged. The front, back and along the sleeves is all heavily knit embellished. Its remarkable and I am sure many hours of love went into making this tiny sweater.
