Super cute 1980’s romper by Betsy’s Things. Button front cotton blouse top, with decadent gold print, coordinating striped sleeves and chest pocket. Slight elastic waist. Would look great with a killer belt! Solid black shorts are likely acetate fabric. Slips on, 3/4 length cuffed sleeves, fold down collar, and lots of decorative buttons. The size tag is unreadable, but has union tags as well. Excellent condition
