A burgundy velvet party dress with short puff sleeves and ivory lace accents. The lace forms a V in in the front and extends over the shoulders to the empire waist gather in the back. At the front center is a pink satin rose. A band of lace is also at the hem. It closes with two buttons at the back neck. It's sized a 4T and measures 10" across the shoulders, the chest is 26", the armhole depth is 6"and the length is 21". Excellent condition (appears never worn). Hand or gentle machine wash.
