You really cant loose with a Vera Scarf, especially one such as this, which embodies summer time. This piece is perfect to wear as a scarf top, in your hair, around your neck, or even adorning your bag! So versatile and pretty! The vibrant colors really stand out. I believe it to be dated to the 1980s based upon size and slant of lettering, as well as the lack of lady bug and material type. The edges are not hand rolled. There is no care tag, but the item feels like a poly blend.
