1980’s dress by Positive Attitude in a bright blue cotton knit drop waist double ruffles with shoulder pads. Size small. Bust 38” waist 28” length 39”. clothing, cocktail dress, 80’s chic. Good condition with a tiny hole in one of the ruffles that is not even seen when on but I show it in the photos.
