Description: Vintage 80's designer collaboration from a popular store on Fifth Avenue NY. A fantastic mini cocktail dress with a bubble hem and puff sleeves. There's a large matching bow with a ring of faux diamonds at the waist. Round neckline and zip back closure. Lightweight and unlined. All throughout the dress is velvety designs that have almost a web aesthetic, giving it a bit of a witchy vibe. It appears the velvet design is missing from a fairly large area around the waist and possibly the sleeves, see photos for details. Excellent piece for formal occasions, costume parties, Halloween, theatre, etc
