A bright lime green fantasia of flowers print, a flirty peplum, and a shockingly short skirt—who else could have designed this 80s mini dress, but Betsey Johnson? The stretchy knit cotton fabric (90% cotton 10% Lycra) features a bevy of blooms in many colors, against a neon green background. The scoop neck tank-style bodice has a fitted shape and a sexy, low back. The fun peplum is slightly longer at the center back than in front, flaring out from a just-slightly-high waist seam (see measurements). Underneath the peplum is a straight, micro mini skirt. The dress pulls on over the head with no fastenings, and it is unlined. This Betsey Johnson 1980s “punk label” floral minidress is excellent condition, with no flaws to note.
