80's Blue with White Polka Dot Short Sleeve Dress. No fabric tag, but feels like a translucent chiffon polyester. Cuff on short sleeves w light shoulder pads and large white button down the back bodice for closure. Elastic waist has belt loops (belt not included) for a fun chunky belt. Flowing tea length skirt.
