1980's Petites by Willi dress by Willi Smith. The cornflower blue collared shirt dress has full half sleeves that are gathered at the shoulder with a button cuff. Yoked in the front and back. Three fabric covered buttons down the front with a hook at the elastic waist. Matching belt. The full skirt has side seam pockets. Small easily removable shoulder pads. There is some faint discoloration on the sleeves above the armholes.
