This high-end Nordstrom 80's over size style rain coat is a nylon coat and in great pre owned and pre loved condition.

I did not see any obvious damage or stains. The liner is wrinkled on the bottom half as seen in photos that should be fine after a clean and proper hang to dry or light cool dry.

It is longer. It is light weight and it has high collar button and a low hidden flap and button on the bottom to keep you dry if it gets really wet and windy out.

It is sized a 10 but I do not warranty my items by tagged or implied sizes and only that measurements are accurate. This is to help you ensure fit. This particular coat is a bit hard to measure the shoulders and sleeves due to the popular dolman type of drape in that area. It is meant to be worn large and over sized so it is a bit boxy.

Its really a great coat.

Measurements are taken outer coat flat back from seam to seam. The bust would be taken as a pit to pit. So please double bust, waist and hip measurements.
