The best 80’s does 50’s party dress in a royal blue dotted satin. Fitted sweetheart bodice can be worn with or without straps, boning at each side for structure. Skirt has 4 layers of tulle underneath to create a built in crinoline. The back ruffle detail on this dress is a showstopper. Great condition. Has two tiny spots that are extremely hard to see due to the sheen and color of the fabric. Bodice lining has some fading. ILGWU label, marked a size 5.
