This dress is in very good condition. No major stains, holes or other issues. The elastic waist band is losing some of its stretch, so you may choose to replace it, or perhaps wear the dress with a belt. It's not very noticeable unless you look up close, and does not affect the wearability of the dress.

The top has some stretch, as does the waistband - but the skirt does not. So please note measurements, especially the hip measurement, carefully.
