Made in the Phillipines. 100% polyester. Pale blue background with beautiful watercolor look hydrangea pattern. V-neck. Dropped shoulders with wide half sleeves. Slits on side seams. Midi length. Good condition, there are some small black marks at front and back and a single stress spot at back.
