Blue Belted Secretary Chic Blouson Shirt Dress
This lovely little cornflower blue shirt dress features a notched collar, 2 button down Flap breast pockets, buttons down the front bodice for donning and doffing, a generous elastic waist, and easily removable shoulder pads for any power pose. Original belt included and in working shape, although a little bent on back side. Not sure of the material. Maybe a rayon or blend. Thin, but sturdy. A beautiful piece for office or going out Grunge or rockabilly.
