1980's Blue and White Polka Dot Dress

Blue dresses with small white polka dots in a sister set. Could be worn as layers for a longer skirt.

Toddler dress has a rounded collar, 2 tiered skirt and a flower applique on the front of the left side. Ties at the waist.
