Here for the sleeves on this 1980’s drop waist floral dress by Go Vicki! Made from a polyester fabric that feels like a soft flannel. Gorgeous royal blue and lilac large watercolor floral print. Small scoop neckline, with a drop basque waist trimmed in lilac piping. Large full skirt has lots of volume shown with crinoline not included. Over the top mutton sleeves with pleating and piping, pads inside for structure. Adorned with an adorable bow. Back zipper closure. Excellent vintage condition. Marked a size 9/10
