80s Does 60s Black Velvet Organza Ruffle Dress G69 By ILGWU

Vintage 80s cocktail dress done in a 60s style, and made of excellent quality soft & supple black velvet. Sheath cut, V neck, scads of fantastic organza ruffle trim, medium shoulder pads (removable), rear zipper closure, and silky black lining. High quality construction & materials.
